Packing and shipping 

• Orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days.
• All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st class which usually takes 1-2 working days.
• All international orders are sent with Royal Mail international standard which usually takes from 2 weeks.
• Letterbox packaging, no need to wait by the door!

Jewellery care

• Avoid contact with liquids of any kind, remove jewellery before swimming, showering or exercising.
• May break if bent or dropped, handle with care and also be careful when taking off and putting on the backs.
• Put jewellery on last after lotions, perfume, hairspray etc.
• Store in a dry place and it is a good idea to store your jewellery in an air-tight jewellery box or in your Bergs cotton bags.
• Avoid storing with items that can scratch the jewellery.
